Cancellation:

• Travel resignation insurance will protect you in case you must call off your vacation unexpectedly.
    We recommend the “Roter-Hahn-Stornoschutz”, the “European Travel Insurance”. Read here for further information about it.
    Unfortunately, in accordance to the Consumer Protection Code no right of withdrawal is entitled to you.
    We would still like to offer you a right of withdrawal on the cancellation terms according to the general business terms.
    It is explicitly stated in the relevant provisions of law Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005
   

General terms and conditions:

• Cancellation
  In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained, in case of cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the vacation 50% of the total cost of the booked apartment will be charged.
  In case of cancellation within the last 30 days before the start of the vacation, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
  Late arrival as well as early departure will be charged 100%.
