Close your eyes and just relax: who appreciates the nature and silence of the alps even during wintertime is invited to enjoy the slopes of the skiing area “Jochgrimm” which is located at a higth of 2000 m and the skiing area “Obereggen” that is only a few minutes away from us. The biggest snow-pleasure - pure, comfortable and natural.

For cross-country skiers Fleimstal offers excellent cross-country ski runs, so even ambitious athletes stay on track. 

The summer offers a large variety of activities and a lot of sunny days. We are very fortunate to live in a nature park, surrounded by a high biodiversity, including woods and meadows in bloom with lots of marked walks. Hiking through the vast wilderness of the nature park “Trudner Horn”, you have the possibility to discover a rich variety of species, including palm trees and lizards. You’ll be impressed by the marshland, the mountain pastures with their juicy grass and high larches and the meadows full of colorful flowers. During your hike you’ll be rewarded with an exceptional view of the Alps. But not only hikers get their money's worth, the range of mountain bike routes goes from easier tours to more demanding routes deep into the heart of the Dolomites, where climbers will find many vertical cliffs to conquer.

You only need one day trip to reach all the highlights that Northern Italy and the nature park “Trudner Horn” offer. Swimming in the ocean and watching the sunset in the alps on the same day – no problem!
